At Medisale, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Gift cards
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us:
- Email our customer support team at support@medisale.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare Your Package:
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: Medisale is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [support@medisale.com].
- Process: Follow the return process outlined above to exchange your item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- Immediate Action: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue and your preference.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Personalized Products: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
